GM Haas is pleased to announce his 2009 Franchise to the Summer League shall for a second year in a row hail from Florida (honest I'm not trying to
be just like Jim).  The city of Conconut Gove will be home to the Jacks for the upcoming season.  Haas stated his pleasure with the results from last
season and decided to stay put in FL reloating from Jacksonville to just east of the U in Coconut Grove.  He then decided to recite a little Panic;

If Jackie had his way

Haas then stated that all games would be scheduled as quintuple headers only on Saturdays.  He then mentioned that during the course of the quintple
header admission would be free to any ladies wishing to lie in the sun, because;

When asked about competition between his and Frank's Florida based franchises Haas responded, "It's an east side - west thing.  The Dongs have the
east coast and the Jacks get the west coast, Miami and South Beach included.  Those areas are hotbeds for steroids and it should be easy to get
everything we need to maintain competitiveness in 2009."  The Dongs and the Jacks have a 44% chance of ending up in the same division and battling 21
times for supremacy of the Sunshine State.
