Tie breakers went like this for 4 to 8.  SA went 1-4 against the other 7-11 teams to take the 4 spot. KC went 2-2 so they 
got the 5th pick. Kra/Cle/Spo all went 3-2 so went to a new round of tie breakers for picks 6 through 8. 


With the last 3 Krakow went 1-2 to take the 6th spot. Spokane went 1-1 to take 7th and Cleveland was 2-1 to take the 8th pick.
